- All members of JobStreet.com are allowed to participate (Malaysia-based only). Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and their immediate family members, and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies of JobStreet.com are not eligible to participate..
- This programme runs for three (6) months, effective 1 Oct 2006 to 31 Mar 2007. Entries received after 31 Mar 2007 will not be entertained.
- Members are allowed to submit as many entries as they wish. However, each entry must not be longer than 200 words.
- Each entry chosen will receive RM10. Each member is entitled to win more than once if he/she has more than one (1) best entry throughout the whole duration of the programme. JobStreet.com reserves the right to substitute the cash reward with any other prizes of equal value. Winners will be notified by email.
- By taking part, you declare that your entry is an original. Entries deemed to have infringed on the copyright of other works and/or committed plagiarism shall be declared null and void.
- JobStreet.com will not accept entries that are libellous and/or slanderous. Entries that touch on sensitive issues or deemed to have religious/racial/communal/cultural sentiments are not permitted.
- While JobStreet.com shall hold proprietary rights over all entries, JobStreet.com disclaims any liability, damages or consequences arising from any copyright claim or complaint by any third party and shall be bound by Malaysian law to disclose such information to the authorities.
- Selected entries are subjected to editing for clarity and length. JobStreet.com reserves the right to edit and use the entries in whatever way it deems fit.
- JobStreet.com reserves the right to use any entries on our website or in our promotional or information material or in any other media, without prior notice or consent.
- These terms and conditions may be amended or altered without prior notice.
