ORGANIZATION
    • Brief introduction of organization and attainments.
    • Executive Summary of the HR Annual Management Plan, delivery and results.
    • HR Structure & Operation support rendered.
    • HR contributions and achievements for the current year.
    • Highlight of any exceptional success attain to HR operations.

INDIVIDUAL
Brief introduction of self.

  • Educational qualifications and experience attain.
  • Achievement and attainment in the organization.
  • Specific contributions that has impacted the organization.
  • Endorsement from CEO/Chairman/Director on the attainments.
  • For HR Author Category to include the following:
    - A hard copy of the book
    - Impact of the information to the HR Community
    - Depth of research done
    - Popularity of the book
    - Meets the current trends

NOTE:
1) Any statistics shown must be the latest or last audited closing account.
2) Submission can be made in English or Bahasa Malysia.


THE RATING AND SELECTION PROCESS

Stage 1
A  Panel comprising of 10 members (selected from the Council of MIHRM, HR Practitioners from the industry, and Academicians) will make the initial ratings and scores for each category of awards, and including short-listing 5 finalist for the top award in the relevant category.

Stage 2
A Panel comprising of 8 members (selected from the senior ‘Fellowship of MIHRM’, Senior Representatives from past winners and invited Senior Managers of Organizations) will deliberate and confirm the ratings and the 3 shortlisted finalists in the relevant identified category. 

Stage 3
A Panel comprising of 8 members (selected CEOs of organizations from past winners and invited CEO’S) will deliberate the shortlisted finalist and select the top winners in the relevant identified category. The finalists may be invited to present their achievements. The Panel will then come to a collective decision on the winners

Stage 4
The HR Award Committee will notify all Award recipients prior to the Awards dinner and the winners will be announced on the event of the dinner.
