Consumer Loan Officer
(Kuala Lumpur, Selangor)

Responsibilities:

• To promote and market CIMB's credit products such as mortagage loans, personal loans, ASB loans and Business Premises loans.
• To plan and implement marketing campaigns and activities to promote Customer Loan products and services.
• To be actively involved in cross selling products.
• To process loans applications and submit reports to Retail Credit Centre for approval and follow-up.
• To develop relationship and network with realtors, developers, solicitors in order to increase referrals.
• To manage, control and perform housekeeping on loan documentation.
• To conduct pre-sanction inspections on related properties when necessary.
• To develop and build long-term business relationship with customers

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Able to converse in Mandarin / Hokkien / Cantonese will be an added advantage.
• Must possess Sales & Marketing skills.
• Strong knowledge in banking operations, products and services.
• Willing to work hard towards obtaining new sales leads and successfully closing deals.
• Possess good selling and negotiation skills, able to work with all levels of people and committed.
• Have own transportation and willing to travel.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
