Consumer Loan Officer
(Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Perak, Selangor)

Responsibilities:

• To promote and market CIMB's credit products such as mortagage loans, personal loans, ASB loans and Business Premises loans.
• To plan and implement marketing campaigns and activities to promote Customer Loan products and services.
• To be actively involved in cross selling products.
• To process loans applications and submit reports to Retail Credit Centre for approval and follow-up.
• To develop relationship and network with realtors, developers, solicitors in order to increase referrals.
• To manage, control and perform housekeeping on loan documentation.
• To conduct pre-sanction inspections on related properties when necessary.
• To develop and build long-term business relationship with customers

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
