Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing technology diagnosis and planning activities
• Guiding team through problem definition, issue identification and workplan development using problem solving principles and past experience
• Planning and managing effort to define to-be organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements/KPIs
• Planning and managing technology architecture implementation activities
• Designing and conducting business solution testing and deployment plans
• Deep skills in asset management, institutional brokerage, retail brokerage, private wealth management, investment banking, clearing and settlement, data management, exchange trading, information providers, and risk and regulatory management

Requirements:

• Capital Markets Consultants with deep capital markets industry skills and serve sell-side, buy-side and markets infrastructure firms as well as a variety of new entrants and innovators such as new electronic trading venues.
• Their insights, experience and credentials come from deep industry expertise and/or client experience that gives them deep knowledge of our capital markets offerings including Data Management, Business Process & Applications Outsourcing, and Operational Efficiency.
