Our client is public listed property development company. In line with their expansion plans, they are looking for a suitable person to fill the following positon.

Responsibilities:

• The management of projects, typically involving the development and implementation of necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
• To communicate effectively both formally and informally with all those with whom working interfaces arise whether they be colleagues, clients or customers.
• To lead the respective project department and will be directly responsible for the planning, organising, managing and controlling the various aspects of assigned projects from inception, through design and until completion and handing over to the client.
• Monitoring all projects to ensure that the projects are implemented in full compliance with the safety guidelines.
• Be responsible for the budget preparation and control in line with the Company's business strategy and goals

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• At least 16 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Strong Project Management skills with the ability to plan, organise and monitor work closely on site
• Able to liaise with Clients, Consultants and relevant local Authorities
• Self motivated, committed and posses high leadership quality in leading of project staff.
• Sound technical skills, an analytical mind and strong communication and interaction skills are important pre-requisites.
