Responsibilities:

• Develop internal communications strategies in line with the corporate transformation initiatives.
• Develop and enhance the internal communication channels across all publications, intranet and emails.
• Develop materials and content for the production of communication materials.
• Manages internal electronic channels to communicate clear and consistent messages to all levels of employees.

Requirements:

• Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mass Communications, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in internal communications using all viable channels in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Applicants should have strong presentation and inter-personal skills.
• Should be familiar with corporate transformation communications.
• Communications experience in the banking industry will be an advantage.
