Head of PMO
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and plan for section development, deliveries and activities.
  • Lead and manage in delivery of section KPI.
  • Manage and plan for staff development, cost management, vendor management and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and plan to spearhead the technical solution for product/services in accordance to marketing direction/strategy.
  • Provide recommendation and advisory to management team.
  • Participate and contribute in relevant synergy initiatives.
  • Manage, plan and deliver the section deliveries and KPI, including projects implementation, technical feasibility study, PMO governance, project planning and technology initiatives.
  • Manage and plan for resource optimization and planning.
  • Manage and plan for vendor and partnership.
  • Manage and monitor section budget and project cost efficiency.
  • Manage, monitor and provide direction for project escalation and advisory to management decision.
  • Manage, monitor and plan for operation efficiency, including staff productivity, process improvement and compliances.
  • Manage and plan for effective section communication and cross-department coordination.
  • Manage and plan for key talents, succession planning.
  • Provide project recommendation and advisory to business peer and management group.
  • Liaison for Service Planning in relevant PMO forum, synergy group, compliances and initiates.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience on IT/Telco solution implementation and project management, minimum of 3 year of people manager.
  • Strong and experienced in project management and process governance experiences, especially with consulting and software/product development environment.
  • Good Knowledge in telecommunication and IT solution.
  • Good knowledge and great passion of business development of product/service.
  • Strong Leadership, open-minded, dynamic and able to lead changes.
  • Strong people management experiences with good interpersonal skill.
  • Strong communication and convincing skill.
