Contact Center Associate
(Selangor - Shah Alam)

Requirements:

  • We are looking for 10 candidates who are wheelchair users with the following pre-requisites:
    • Enjoys providing solutions to customers problems
    • Able to view irate customers as an opportunity for improvement
    • Speaks well in English and BM (Mandarin and Tamil will be an advantage)
    • Confident and willing to learn fast
    • Motivated by a fast paced work environment
    • Willing to work shifts (flexi-shifts), at odd hours if needed, weekends and public holidays (we do not have fixed shifts)
    • Have a min SPM (min pass in Math, BM, Eng)
    • Able to type at 25 words per minute or more


  • Candidates are required to undergo a 4-months development program before employment as DiGi's Contact Centre Consultants.


  • Successful participants can expect the following while working in DiGi’s Contact Center:
    • Provide high quality customer service at all times when handling customer enquiries and complaints over the phone
    • Provide complete, accurate information and solutions to our customers
    • Update relevant CS Systems after handling each customer enquiry
    • Keep abreast of all the latest company information, especially on the company’s products and services.
    • Feedback / escalate any urgent / critical issues or problems to management on a timely basis
    • Maintain confidentiality of the DiGi’s customers and data
    • Ensure individual and team targets are achieved consistently
