HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions which includes manpower planning and recruitment, salary/payroll administration, training and development, personnel management, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, security and other HR related support services.
  • Responsible for the overall development and implementation of HR policies, plans and strategy of the Group.
  • Advice executive directors, colleagues and staff on all matters pertaining to human resource.
  • Formulates and implements strategies and plans to ensure the availability of human resources, in terms of quantity and quality.
  • Reviews and develops performance measurement and career management programmes designed to improve individual and organizational effectiveness, and give employees opportunities to develop their abilities and develop their career with the company.
  • Develops rewards management and remunerations policies and systems which will attract, retain and motivate employees and which supports overall organizational goals.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and bodies on matter pertaining to human resource and industrial relations.
  • Formulates and implements policies and processes to ensure smooth and efficient running of human resource function.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Certificate in human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience is required for this position.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
  • Well versed in Labour Laws, Employment Act and current HR pratices and legislation.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000.
