Maintenance Manager (BR) (Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
Provide engineering support to the manufacturing departments in the company.
Oversee capital investment in equipment and automated processes. Through staff orders,debugs,qualifies and performs manufacturing technology.
Direct engineering staff engaged in all aspects of engineering works including mechanical and electrical maintenance,construction and installation works.
Plan and coordinate the implementation of new projects in a timely manner to facilitate the production function.
Participate in meetings (task force,operations etc),to trouble-shoot process and equipment problems and spearhead action plans.
Identify methods to improve the existing work process and existing material flow to maximise the utilisation of resources.
Direct,control and motivate subordinates in all aspects affecting their work performances.
Develop preventive maintenance program in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff.
Plan utilization of facilities,equipment,materials,and personnel to improve efficiency
Control of Measuring Equipment Calibration.
Confer with management,engineering,and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably specializing in Engineering - Equipment Engineer or equivalent.
