Temporary Receptionist (Bukit Minyak)
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming and outgoing calls and handle PABX System (Telephone System)
Attend enquiries and assistance of our staff,vendors or suppliers
Handle delivery and distribution of postal letters,courier documents and shuttle documents
Coordinate the laundry service
Administer the guest and customer book
Assist in interview arrangement by distribute job application form and notify interviewer to the candidates
Display visitors’ name and company on welcome board
