Component Engineer (Electrical) (Bukit Raja - Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
Geometry Package Creation for DFM Analysis
Data collection from supplier for Parametric, Geometric , Environmental and packaging type data
Engaging with customer and supplier to retrieve missing data and information
Parametric data loading to template
Generating template for new parts
Weekly/Monthly reporting on status and progress
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 1 to 2 years experience in electronics component specifications and component qualification.
Have good command of both spoken and written English.
Knowledge on electrical component dimensions, materials, quality and manufacturing processes
Knowledge on procurement practices, product engineering and supplier management
Experience in Scripting and programming will be an added advantage
