Program PA (China - Zhuhai, China)
Responsibilities:
1) Serve as prime interface with customers (after sales) on the following issues.
A. Delivery schedule
B. Impact on price and delivery due to ECO
C. Impact on inventory due to schedule change and ECO.
2) PURCHASE ORDERS FROM CUSTOMER:
A. Ensure sufficient PO coverage form customer (i.e. 3-4 months firm orders and 3 months forecast)
B. Maintain an accurate and update PO file
C. Review PO terms for top management approval
3) DOCUMENTATION:
A. Make sure all necessary document such as BOM,AVL,PCB artwork,etc available for project start up.
B. Review all the terms and requirement on the L/C and ensure that they can be achieve.
4) PRODUCTION CONTROL FUNCTION
A. Participate by representing the customer to expedite shipment target
B. Ensure effectively to ECO implementation VS schedule
5) CUSTOMER VENDOR QUALIFICATION:
A. Interface with customers in visiting our facilities i.e. escort to PRC.
B. Entertain customer if necessary / requested
6) MATERILS:
A. Expedite customer supplied materials
B. Participate in materials expedition i.e. getting support from customer.
C. Initial urgent / premium buy upon customer report
7) REPORTS TO BE PREPARED:
A. Monthly demand plan
B. Weekly P.O summary / status
C. Pricing analysis report
D. Customer feedback log sheet.
8) COMMUNICATION AND MEETING:
A. Communication with U.S. Global manager or customer on a daily basis via faxes,telephone call,etc.
B. Internal meeting to attend are:
1. Project review meeting
2. Monthly department meeting
9) OTHERS
A. Assist accounting to collect payment from customer upon special request
B. Assist accounting to resolve ICV disputes upon accounting request
C. Duties and responsibilities include that of Senior / Assistant / Project Manager if there is no such position he/ she is reporting to.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably specializing in Program Management or equivalent.
