Operation Director (China - Zhuhai)
Responsibilities:
Execute all Ops tasks and plan to achieve goal in set KOI
Update monthly headcount report,labor and ops efficiency improvement,be LEAN
Motivate direct reporting to a higher platform on KOI data collection
Drive supporting team PE,TE and EE to achieve OEE % target and productivity
Fully responsible for discipline workforce and workshop 5S. Ensure resignation rate is better than prevailing market rate
Cost consciousness and reduce waste
On time delivery of quality products
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in managerial role and 3 years as Department Manager
At least 10 years working experience, and recent 3 years in PCBA Assembly/Manufacturing field
Experience/knowledge in Production, Engineering and lean/Six Sigma are required while experience in such departments as Program, Materials and Logistics will be added advantage
