PCBA Rework / Repair Development Process Engineer / Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for defining,developing & deploying critical PCBA rework & repair capabilities & technology to support the current & future product needs of the site.
  • To be a content expert or specialist in the area of PCBA rework. Well verse with the various IPC standards & procedures associated with this field. Required to be hands-on.
  • Responsible for growing & advancing the site rework & repair capability to match the product complexity.
  • Maintains & owns the road map for this area.
  • Responsible for developing procedures & skillsets as well as defining specialize equipment & tools to support this function.
  • Works closely with the training department to deploy the necesssary skills across the site.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Engineering - Process Engineer or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
