Senior / FA Technical Program Manager (Bukit Minyak)
Responsibilities:
Be a lead investigator for Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) with a strong technical background in hardware debug and networking.
Be a single point of contract for all assigned case documentation, case management, case approval communication and processing.
Oversee and manage all of the RCFA Team activities surrounding case investigation & responsible for the content, accuracy & focus of all RCFA case reporst & documentation.
Review failure history, identify & provide trend and data analysis, suggest debug procedures, initiate vendor FA and trigger corrective actions for failures.
Escalate important issues to the Principal Engineers in a timely manner once field exposure is assessed.
Interact with customer's FA teams and generate weekly RCFA pregress reports.
Manage multiple RCFA cases and tasks at the same time.
Correlate data in order to develop case event definition, theory of failure and initial test plan for event replication.
Research case related to CPATs, ECO, ECN, bug scrubs, field notices and similar customers' engineering documents & notices
Develop case, custom & extended life test plan, lab & fault isolation monitoring, root cause theory of failure, component isolation investigation, non-destructive & destructive analysis plan, non-hardware component analysis, vendor analysis plan, report review & submission development and final case report creation.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Masters / Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with min 5-10 years experience.
Experience in Project Management.
Experience in the semiconductor/networking industry in using debug tools i.e oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators and CCNA.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Business Systems and Board Design/Debug
A high level of English communication skills, both oral and written
