Senior / FA Engineer (Bukit Minyak)
Responsibilities:
Reach high technical levels of expertise within a specific customer’s product family as well as attain expert level understanding if the architecture, design and functionality of the customers’ product family assigned,
Understand the complex customer’s software/diagnostic architecture and its usage
Provide expert knowledge of how to analyze and debug a particular customer’s product family
Maintain close technical and business relationship with the customers Product Engineers
Be the primary Case investigator and responsible for directing long & short-term activities
Develop the initial theory of event failure in conjunction with the appropriate staff members
Take an active role with assigned Debug Engineers as and when needed in order to establish fault isolation to the signal level using schematics, functional diagrams, electronics test equipment & specialized test equipment
Revise the theory of event failure to reflect the results of the fault isolation process.
Review all vendor analysis reports are received
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with min 5-10 years experience in electronic equipment manufacturing process and signal intergrity fundamentals
Experience then semiconductor/networking industry in using debug tools i.e oscilloscope, logic analyzers, signal generators and CCNA,
Able to analyze electronics circuits, demonstrate and verify customers service skills
Proficiency in circuit analysis, theory of failure development with the ability to troubleshoot the ASIC/PCB/discrete component/signal level using routine and specialized electronics test equipment.
Excellent skills in project management, Microsoft Business Systems and Board Design/Debug
A high level of English communication skills, both or oral
