System Analyst (Contract) (Johor - Senai)
Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes and technical specifications to develop documentation for new products and system applications for both technical and general readership
• Gather data through observation,interviews,written materials,design specifications and regulation manuals to design and maintain documentation
• Create,develop,and produce technical documentation for software applications and technologies
• Create,develop,and produce white papers,programming examples,descriptions of best practices,knowledge base articles,and case studies
• Produce printed documentation for Web or Windows-based applications
• Work with the engineering department when researching,preparing,and producing technical documentation
• Provide feedback on the consistency and the ease-of-use for the user interfaces in our software applications
• Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factor
• Apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
