Recruiter (Penang - Penang / Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to support the recruiting process, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, extending offers and negotiating compensation packages
Work with hiring managers to accurately identify needs and create effective job postings; post all job listings on company’s website as well as external job boards.
Manage all requisitions through company’s online applicant tracking system.
Oversee reference checking and performing pre-employment background checks on all potential new hires.
Recognize relocation and visa issues and work in partnership with corporate global mobility to sponsor foreign nationals for work authorization.
Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Administration.
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably senior executives specializing in Staffing Consulting, Service, Industry Market Research and Information Search or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Candidates must willing to work in Bukit Minyak, Prai, Penang.
