Customer Support (Johor - Senai)
Responsibilities:
Provide answers for questions and issues from the sites (through email and phone)
Review data (customers,projects,user info,access logs,…) for consistency and any abnormal patterns
Participating and promoting improvements with respect to user interface.
Provide support with OnDemand training
Provide training where OnDemand is not available
Follow-up with sites on customer satisfaction and needs for change requests
Consolidate information received from sites (complaints,issues,feedback)
Create weekly reports with major issues and support requests
Support with QA and Software Validation activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Good communication skills; Proficient in English (speaking and writing) and Mandarin
Capability to work in multicultural environment with excellent analytical skills
