Failure Analysis Engineer (BR)
(Bukit Raja - Shah Alam)

Responsibility:

  • To debug and analysis module level and piece part level unit failure
  • To develop new and enhance current Failure Analysis Capability
  • To write analysis and technical report
  • To drive for Root Cause Found and Root Cause Fix

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Must have experience in Programming and Electronic Debug tool knowladge
  • Experience with Electronic debug tool usage eg. Oscilloscope; Curve Tracer, TDR, Data Analyzer
  • Experience with FA tool usage eg. SEM, EDX, Microscope,
  • Proficient in debuging tool development, 7 QC tool, 5D and 8D
