Test Design Engineer/Senior Engineer
(Penang - Bayan Lepas)
Responsibilities:
- To run test system of a group of products lines with a team of technicians in order to improve alignment, MTTR, MTBF, and cost.
- To design and develop test systems fo new products.
- To develop Test System Resources, test System Concept, Test Set up Concept, Test Jig Mechanical design.
- To develop new technologies in Test and Alignment in Test Systems and liase with Development on the design of client's product.
- To train and coach technicians in the team to be able to handle Test systems more effectively in the area of trouble shooting and set up.
- To work closely with production and process engineering team members to investigate into issues in the production line that are affected by the Test Systems.
- Able to interpret data from the investigation and introduce counter-measures to resolve them permanently.
- To regularly meet with team members and discuss about production line issues to keep everyone updated as well as to update Test System Resources about the issues for knowledge database.
- To maintain healathy communication environment among members regardless of teams and to guide members to be positive in their working attitude

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineeringor equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Test development and C++ programming.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in test development from electronics manufacturing industry.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
