Responsibilities:

• Performing hardware/software troubleshooting and system configuration
• Responsible for providing high level of remote technical support to regional office and data centers
• Deploy and implement IT infrastructure Project in Asia Region.
• Report to Technical lead
• Maintain and update technical documentation, IT Report and policy.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge in installation, maintenance, administration of Linux Environment/Windows Environment/Solaris Environment/LAN/WAN/NAS
• Familiar with server clustering, virtual server environment will be added advantages.
• A degree in computer science/Computer studies any relevant studies on computing.
• Managing tight deadlines, multitasking and adjust to changing priorities.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in IT Operations.
• Have an excellent understanding of IT server Management
