Quality Management System Executive
(Selangor - Bukit Raja - Shah Alam)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist FlexMobile & Consumer Organization & Efficiency team in the day-to-day development, deployment, improvement activities, sustainment and administration of the management system,core processes (FPLC,etc) and other continuous improvement initiatives within FlexMobile & Consumer.


  • 1. Establish and sustain a document control system for FlexMobile & Consumer,train the users and liase with corporate team to deploy Document Management System (DMS) within FlexMobile & Consumer.


  • 2. Support in deployment of Management System and Flextronics Product Life-Cycle (FPLC).


  • 3. Support in deployment Corrective and Preventive Action Process (CAPA).


  • 4. Execute periodical audit plan within FlexMobile & Consumer.


  • 5. Interface with the corporate team on understanding and deployment of new improvement tools via corporate initiatives (eg: SharePoint,DMS,and E-CAR).

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Quality Management - Other or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge on using web-based tool (i.e SharePoint)
