Responsibilities:

  • ï‚§ Communicate with customer for any quality issue.
  • ï‚§ Transfer customer requirements to internal quality standards.
  • ï‚§ Set up and implement quality metrics basing customer requirement.
  • ï‚§ Establish and finalize QA work instructions.
  • ï‚§ Establish regular reporting system to monitor quality metrics.
  • ï‚§ Response to customer feedback, Take lead to look into quality concern from both internal and external customer. Work out proper CA and verify effectiveness.
  • ï‚§ Perform measurement system analysis (GR&R) during NPI process.
  • ï‚§ Conduct process capability study during NPI process.
  • ï‚§ Prepare quality data in FAI report.
  • ï‚§ Take the lead in the customer focus team to drive continuous improvement on regular basis.
  • ï‚§ Review and approve work instructions.
  • ï‚§ Manage and train leader /QA inspectors.
  • ï‚§ A key member of material review board.
  • ï‚§ Conduct process / line audit to keep the manufacturing system in right way.
  • ï‚§ Review and follow up ECO implementation status.
  • ï‚§ Create stop ship / line order whenever critical quality concern emerges.

Requirements:

  • ï‚§ Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication or Electrical/Electronic).
  • ï‚§ 3 years related working experience at least.
  • ï‚§ Be able to write and speak English.
  • ï‚§ Be good at data analysis.
  • ï‚§ Knowledge of sampling plan.
  • ï‚§ Knowledge of 6 sigma approach, probability and inferential statistics, good data analysis.
  • ï‚§ Sense of urgency, escalate case timely.
  • ï‚§ Knowledge of ESD and RoHS disciplines.
  • ï‚§ Familiar with QA related working procedures.
  • ï‚§ Efficient communication skill.
  • ï‚§ Knowledge of QC-tools and PFMEA.
  • ï‚§ Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14000, etc.
  • ï‚§ Knowledge of IPC-600/610.
  • ï‚§ Close loop feedback approach.
  • ï‚§ Result-oriented work style and template.
