Senior/NPI Engineer (Prai)
Responsibilities:
Flexibility to handle multiple PCBAs / System technologies.
Pre/Post DFX/Technical assessment report generation within 3 days upon build completion.
100% BOM to CAD / Layout conformance and communication to customer.
Able to process NPI software tools - Fab Master, Assy Expert, GC Power Place / Viewer, BOM compare ICC tool, Minitab etc.
Pre-planned flexibility, adaptability and skilled to different line configurations.
Optimized product characterization fro maximum reliability using 6 Sigma.
Poka Yoke & bullet proofing & FMEA for all NPI (Transfers, Proto, Qual) Programs and processes.
NPI/NPS quote process involvement & data verification for qupte process.
Labour assembly, IDM and Test quotes within 3 days of BOM / Documentation / Mechanical samples receipt.
20% better than quote achievement for NPIs.
Manufacturing related Value Engineering activities during proto stage itself.
Design inputs & verification for manufacturing tooling processes.
Flawless ECO implementation process and management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
Minimum 1-2 year(s) of manufacturing experience.
Preference knowledge on SMT, PCBA or System Build and 6 Sigma.
Must have good communication skill and leadership.
Ability to drive and result orientated.
Good Interpersonal skill will be an advantage.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a standard requirement for quality related function.
Knowledge of ISO 13485 is a requirement for those handling Medical products.
Knowledge of TL 9000 is a requirement for those handling Telecommunication products.
Knowledge of TS 16949 is a requirement for those handling Automative products.
Knowledge of AS 9100 is a requirement for those handling Aerospace products.
Preferably specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
