Snr / Process Engineer (FOL/EOL Industrialization)
(Bukit Raja - Shah Alam)

Responsibility:

  • Work involves working cross functionality with Optical/ Electrical /System Team
  • Capable of handling or operate either of the equipments stated below:-
  • 1. SMT machine (Samsung, Siemen, Panasonic)
  • 2. Die Attach (ASM)
  • 3. Flip Chip + Gang Bonder – Thermal Compression (ASM)
  • 4. Wirebond (ASM)
  • 5. Housing Attach/Pick and Place Machine (ASM)
  • 6. Singulation (Especially Ceramic, BT Substrate and FPC)
  • 7. Laser / Inkjet Marking
  • 8. ACF machine
  • 9. Epoxy Dispensing Machine (Dias, ASM,Asymtek)

Requirement:

  • Possess a degree in Mechanical/Material/Process Engineering
  • Minimum of 4 years working experience
  • Experience in jig & fixture design/concept design which apply for mass production application.
  • Process knowledge in term of problem solving and achievement that bring benefit to company.
  • Experience in Stack Die, Thin Die Attach (4mils die thickness), Glass On Die, Stud Bump, etc processes as process development advantage.
  • Failure Analysis skill & experience added as advantage as project lead.
  • Experience in WI, PFMEA, Control Plan & Process Flow. (Engineer) Must have leadership talent and skills who is willing to drive for excellence
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
