Responsibilities:

  • 1) Conduct Quality Review Council with core suppliers to drive SRS,supplier CIP & SSBB program.
  • 2) Establish supplier management programs including training,development,ESI with ODM & Customers.
  • 3) Establish Q-agreement,Q-goal with suppliers.
  • 4) Define KOI for supplier management and drive the improvement.
  • 5) Conduct supplier qualification and surveillance audits for Flex. sourced suppliers.
  • 6) Conduct supplier plant survey / audit as & when necessary,poor quality suppliers with SQE& Procurement if necessary.
  • 7) Support DM and Global on supplier/ Component qualification and follow up.
  • 8) Coordinate the quality feedback on SRS program.
  • 9) Liaise suppliers on quality costs due to poor material quality
  • 10) Initiate disqualification on poor supplier if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Quality Management - QA or equivalent.
