Accounts Executive cum HR
(Selangor - Bandar Sunway)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set accounts and oversee daily operation of account department;
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reconciliation report;
• Prepare company financial statements and monthly management report with compliance to accounting standards & company policies;
• Handle account payables and receivables;
• Prepare tax estimate and ensure all tax payment is paid within the stipulated time frame;
• Ensure all accounting records and related documents are properly kept;
• Monitor accounts receivables to ensure that collections are up to date;
• Oversee daily operation of HR department i.e. prepare payroll

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Detailed oriented and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
