Technical Services & Solutioning - Senior Manager
(Kuala Lumpur) Responsibilities: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to General Manager, Business Development & Marketing, the candidate will provide coordination and leadership to its Partner Telcos in managing services over a joint-venture regional telecommunications network.
Technical Planning & Operations
- Manage a technical team in running the 7x24 network operations of ACASIA’s network
- Plan network capacity
- Assess new systems to enhance and optimize network capabilities
Pre-Sales Support /Solutioning
- Provide technical plans and solution to meet customer requirements
New Services Development
- Source, evaluate and implement new technologies for prospecting new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of working experience in the telecommunications and network services provider industry.
- Extensive experience with Juniper and Cisco boxes essential.
- Professional certification for CISCO CCIE or JUNIPER JNCIS an advantage
