We are a leading aluminum die casting industry located in TELOK PANGLIMA GARANG, KUALA LANGAT, SELANGOR and are looking for ambitious and dedicated professionals to join our team.  Interested candidates are requested to submit their application to us on or before 4 December 2009.

QC Supervisor
(Selangor)

 

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring daily production assembly inspection activities
2. Generate quality inspection report for monitoring and improvement
3. Prepare Quality Plan for new products
4. Assign work, including OT on daily inspection load to technicians for every production areas
5. Train inspectors to be sensitive to abnormal process condition and work on solution
6. Develop and implement Quality Training program for all inspectors and workers
7. Control of non-confirming product
8. Co-operate with other department to resolve all quality related issues
9. Customer Complaint defect analysis and tracking of improvement
10. Establishing effective communication of customer requirements to all related functions
11. Any other duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably from aluminum die casting environment.
  • Must have good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
  • Able to work under pressure and long hours
  • Must be familiar with ISO documentations and standards as well as QC/QA
  • Knowledge of Lawson M3 is preferred
  • Must have good management skills
