Responsibilities:

• To undertake quantity Surveying work from pre to post contract.
• To manage cost from inception to final account including procurement, budget, collection and claims
• To prepare cost analysis for budgeting and estimation for bidding
• To prepare document for pre-tender submission to the selection of bidders for evaluation
• In charge of procurement from sourcing to compiling of quotation follows by negotiating with contractors
• To perform cost control to ensure spending is within budget
• To generate report for claims and variance order.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Science, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project Management and QS professional software
• Minimun 4 years QS or estimator experience in the construction industry.
