Responsibilities:

• Develop new test program ( Conversion, Characterization )
• Lead on project off-load to production and provide detail project report & Training
• Re-engineer customer testing methodology for higher production throughput.
• Develop software tools to assist projects development timeline
• Generate and update new test program library
• Perform test program conversion, test time reduction and test yield improvement to enhance productivity
• Participate in team activities to support Product Engineering
• Responsible for test bench-marking, engineering reports and data management

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of RF & mixed signal testing methodology in both final test & wafer sort; and test program development in C/C++, Perl, Awk and VB
• Experience in LTX Fusion, Agilent 93K, Credence Quartet and Teradyne Catalyst, J750 and Tiger systems is an advantage
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with associates
• Working location : No 2 Ang Mo Kio St 63.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English
