Snr / HR Executive (BR)
(Bukit Raja - Shah Alam)

Responsibility:

  • Duties and Responsibilities:


  • To manage and administer system, process and procedure in Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, IR and ER as per company's requirements and objectives.


  • To ensure the Time Management System system and payroll are running smoothly.


  • Carry out audit on payroll related matters on monthly basis.


  • To prepare increment and bonus for all employees.


  • Attending reference checking from outsiders.


  • To attend internal and external audit related to payroll.


  • To ensure compliance to all relevant act


  • Communication to all employees pertaining to Compensation & Benefit issues


  • Conduct all activities related to ER


  • To continuously search for improvement by maintaining, upgrading and creating procedure and process flow.

Requirement:

  • Must have a Diploma /Degree in LAW
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in related functions
  • Computer literate at least in microsoft words, powerpoint or excel.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with all level
  • Good command in both language - Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Must have experience in IR
