Product Enginer (ACM)
(Bukit Raja - Shah Alam)

Responsibility:

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Elextromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At lease 1 year of experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Engineering – Production Engineer or Equivalent.
  • Responsible for yield monitoring, process FA and product performance.
  • To perform GR&R, correlation and tester verification.
  • Lead yield and cycle time improvement activities
  • Golden units generation and monitoring
  • Willing to work at Bukit Raja - Shah Alam
