FOL / EOL Equipment Engineer (ACM)
(Bukit Raja - Shah Alam)

Responsibility:

Requirement:

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic)
  • Preferably 2-3 years related experience/familiar in Semiconductor Front-of-Line assembly equipments.
  • Possess good knowledge in ASM & Disco equipments.
  • Processes good leadership, organizing and analytical ability, computer literate and must be able to work independently, self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
