Person Requirements

• To attend to all cashiering and counter collection related matters
  
• To update remittances received at counter through mail and drop box into the systems
  
• To issue relevant official receipts or manual receipts/temporary receipts when the system is offline
  
• To write bank in slips and prepare Daily Income Sheet for officer to check before banking in
  
• To raise payment voucher and pass to officer for approval of suspense refund
  
• To ensure compliance of anti-money laundering and fraud measures and to raise the necessary checklist
  
• To perform any other function that may be assigned by Section Head from time to time

Academic Qualifications and Experience:-

• Possess minimum SPM with strong credits in English and Mathematics or STPM. Diploma in Business related courses is preferred
  
• Minimum one (1) year of working experience in the service industry
  
• Enthusiastic and self motivated with a desire to achieve excellent customer service
  
• Good communication skills and excellent work attitude
  
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in local Chinese dialects is an added advantage
