Contract Clerk (Based in Sandakan)

Person Requirements

• To attend to all cashiering and counter collection related matters
  
• To assist the field force in New Business processes
  
• To provide prompt services to phone-in and walk-in enquiries on products, processes and procedures from the field force and customers

Academic Qualifications and Experience:-

• Possess minimum SPM with strong credits in English and Mathematics or STPM. Diploma in Business related courses is preferred
  
• Minimum one (1) year of working experience in the service industry
  
• Enthusiastic and self motivated with a desire to achieve excellent customer service
  
• Good communication skills and excellent work attitude
  
• Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Ability to speak in local Chinese dialects is an added advantage
