Customer Service Officer, Bancassurance Administration

The Job:

You are responsible for attending to enquiries through telephone, mails, emails and faxes relating to policy matters. Your additional responsibilities includes co-ordinating with Underwriters to reinstate lapsed policies, conserving policies through client retention efforts and processing application to increase coverage and change of plan.

Person Requirements:

• Possess a minimum recognized Degree and / or professional insurance qualification.


• Good analytical and problem solving skills


• Comfortable working with people


• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
