Senior Employee Relations Executive
(Penang - Bayan Lepas)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute communication strategies and programs (i.e. through Organization climate surveys, Employees’ Dialogue sessions, etc) to promote effective plant-wide communication channel
  • Facilitate and coordinate plant-wide employees’ activities to promote team work, harmony and cohesiveness
  • Handle employees’ grievances, disciplinary, employees’ services and foreign workers management
  • Assist in driving and executing Organizational Development (OD) program and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management/Mass Communication or its equivalent
  • Related experience in broad based Employee Relations/Services or Organizational Development function
  • Independent, highly motivated and “Well-rounded” thinking personality
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills
  • Experience in foreign workers’ management will be an added advantage
