SENIOR ENGINEERS/ ENGINEERS
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales function, including project implementation, troubleshooting, on-site or remote diagnostic technical and maintenance support to customers. Ensuring high quality service and customer satisfaction in all deliverables is part of your responsibility

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Telecommunications/ Electronics Engineering/ Computing with at least 3 years of relevant working experiences
  
• Good knowledge of telephony products
  
• Knowledge of data networking will be advantageous
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Good analytical and problem solving abilities
  
• Excellent service attitude with the ability to respond efficiently to customers' needs.
