Pre-Sales Staff (Government & Strategic)
(Based in Puchong)
Responsibilities:
- To provide technical representation to prospects and customers for all Redtone solutions articulating their operational benefits and features.
- The candidate must possess competitive technical knowledge including solution, technology and product offerings and an understanding and conversant about the company, solutions and product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- Primary activities will include customer presentations, bids and proposal coordination as well as network design.
- The candidate will manage Redtone pre-sales project implementations, trial support and service readiness testing as required.
- To handle configuration & database of end to end network elements.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree IT/Electronic/Communication Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in IT/Telecommunication environment.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Network Operations Center (NOC).
- Able to use NMS and trouble ticketing systems.
- Hands-on experience with standard NOC processes (eg. Change Management, Planned Maintenance, Service Level, KPI, Traffic Management, etc)
- Familiar with Wimax, WiFi & Telecommunication's technologies.
- High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Prior experience and exposure in either one of the following field would be an added advantage : Data Center services, Managed Services, System Integrations and Service Desk Services
- Preferably with specific experience in wire and wireless transmission or microwave related business
