1. Represent the Cebu Lexmark business areas in working across IT functional areas to clarify business objectives, needs and ensure suitability of solutions.
2. Lead business groups to evolve requirements to achieve consistency across business units and geographies in alignment with IT best practices, corporate guidelines and standards.
3. Work with business area to identify, plan, prioritize, track and communicate global IT initiatives including projects and services and associated SLAs to ensure business requirements are met and issues and questions are resolved promptly.
4. Maintain application and architecture portfolio knowledge.
5. Facilitate and assist documentation of Lexmark’s processes using corporate toolset.
6. Manage effective bi-directional communications; achieve consistency and standardization across all business units and respective geographies.
7. Maintain project funnel in project portfolio system and drive funding approval for projects sponsored by Cebu Lexmark business areas.
8. Develop statement-of-work (SOW) for projects and collaborate with rest of IT management team to scope size, plan, develop and deliver new IT solutions and services to globally meet business requirements.
9. Proactively identify and drive resolution of IT / Business conflict points.
10. Work with Corporate Communications to develop and execute the IT communications strategy across the business, to demonstrate value, inform of key IT initiatives and enhance IT-business relationships
