Product Engineer (Bukit Minyak)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and perform maintenance of spray fluxer,wave soldering and selective wave soldering.
Track and reduce wave-soldering defects through continual process improvement.
Developing and monitoring wave soldering process controls.
To drive and lead a group of maintenance/line technicians to reduce wave machine downtime.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably specializing in Engineering - Process Engineer or equivalent.
