Contract Manager
(Perak - Lumut) Responsibilities:
- * To manage pre and post-contract functions and project cost management.
- * To manage contract administration including ensuring accurate and timely submissions of tenders and claims.
- * To handle legal and contractual issues.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office and Project, possess strong contractual/project management/cost control knowledge
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Preferred language(s): Chinese.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity (management), is required for this position.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in fast track highrise/infrastructure projects.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sitiawan.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
