SEEK wins four accolades at TalentCorp's Life at Work Awards 2023
SEEK shone bright at the LIFE AT WORK Awards 2023, bagging four awards in the International Organisation Category:
CHRO Champion (Champion) – Paul Thomas: For exceptional leadership in creating strategic policies that advance the role of HR within the organisation
Promising Young HR (Champion) – Resha Pillai: For exceptional young HR professionals with less than 5 years of experience, who have displayed remarkable leadership and achieved tangible results in advancing HR roles within the organisation.
CEO Champion (2nd Runner Up) – Peter Bithos: For the top leader’s commitment in driving the diversity and inclusion agenda within the organisation.
Overall Best in Organisation (1st Runner Up): The culmination of all the award categories, signifying the organisation’s dedication to creating a progressive, inclusive, and diverse workplace.
The LIFE AT WORK Awards 2023 is an annual event organised by Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp), aimed at recognising visionary employers who have taken remarkable strides in championing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and work-life practices. 30 awards spread across 8 categories were presented to recognise outstanding achievements in employee engagement, diversity hiring, sustainability practices, and leadership excellence.
