Want to ask you guys opnion. Currently kerja as account assistant with salary 2.5k dh 7 bulan with full set account in accounting firm.Before ni experience account assistant jugak 1.5 years. Sekarang ni rase nak benti sebab bukan kerja tapi sebab tahap ke racism kuat. Smpaikan ada hari saya pernah kena tunjal kepala. Tapi saya dpt kerja lain with salary 2.3k sahaja. What you guys think? Should tahan or benti je. Sebab orang ckp tahan genapkan setahun? Tapi saya nk kawin bulan 4. How?

It has been five months since I completed my degree, and I have been looking for a job since before my final exam. I have sent more than 400 applications and joined 11-12 interviews, but I still have not found a job. Sometimes it feels heavy, especially when I see friends getting jobs earlier, but I keep reminding myself that everyone has a different journey. I am still trying and staying hopeful. If anyone knows any junior or fresh graduate roles in mechanical engineering or related. Thank you.

I hate myself. I was unemployed for 6 whole months and finally landed a good job with good pay. But the job put me through so much pressure that I couldn’t take it anymore. I resigned without having any backup plans. I was in so much distress that I’m seeing a psychiatrist. I’ve always wanted to ‘hold on for a bit longer’. I tried. I really tried. Now I’m mentally ill, jobless and can’t get a good job. I haven’t told my parents that I quit but I really couldn’t take it anymore. Im suicidal

Aku ada masalah dengan company sikit dia tahan gaji aku, dan suruh settle sampai laptop dikembalikan(laptop customers) baru dia bayar gaji, laptop tersebut aku repair tempat lain. Masalahnya dalam akta undang ii tk boleh majikan buat mcm (tahan gaji) tu walaupun laptop tu belum return. Boleh bagi pencerahan?

Bila tengok job posting dengan gaji below RM2500, i senyum je lah because I know my worth. I think it's a good wake up call for fresh grads to be more selective when it comes to work and salary. Tak semua peluang kerja sesuai dengan kita. When we know our worth, we'll be confident to aim higher and apply jobs at the right places. Of course, kalau keadaan you memaksa utk terima dulu kerja dgn gaji yg rendah, it's OK. But always remember that you deserve gaji yg setimpal dgn kerja you ❤️
