    Poor Management and Environment
    The good thingsNothing much but they offer a good salary based on qualification
    The challengesVery closed working culture with a heavy workload and need to work for multiple (group) companies even though hired for one company. Lousy management no proper room for open communication. Not recommended for those seeking marketing roles.

    The good thingsFacilities and colleagues is okay and friendly. Easy access to food and others.
    The challengesToo much workload and management expected one employee carry out so many tasks. Did not respect people working hours and expect people to work on weekend too. There is no engagement between management and employees. So many turnover rate at this company but still they did not improve anything.
