    The good thingsNo need to work on weekends .
    The challengesLack of staff , no benefits , management bad , operator need to stand for long hours. Low salary , No concern about operators . Machine very old one .Operator need to repair the old machine instead of maintenance. No overtime .

    The good thingsNothing good. Same like typical factory. The only good things is u don't have work on holiday and weekend.
    The challengesBad management, toxic environment, low salary, no benefits. They expect me to be proficient in one month. They don't have enough staff so u have many task to do. I also got scolded by colleagues because I want continue my study.

    The challengesNever take care of employees safety. Upper level attitude is like not their life so nevermind. Workers only, die so die, can employed new one anytime.
